Two-vehicle accident in Mary Brown’s parking lot


Paramedics and the Yellowknife Fire Division (YKFD) Rescue responded to a two-vehicle accident at a fast food restaurant’s parking lot over the lunch hour Tuesday afternoon.

A truck and a van appeared to collide at the entrance to the drive-thru at Mary Brown’s, located on Borden Drive.

Both vehicles sustained significant damage.

No passengers were still occupying the vehicles when Yellowknifer arrived on scene.

It’s unclear at this time if the motorists’ sustained injuries as a result of the crash.

MED was on site to steer traffic away from the collision area.
