Superman. Wonder Woman. Mountie?
While you won’t see Yellowknife RCMP members donning capes and scaling walls, they’re still superheroes – at least according to a group of young kids who recently delivered a tasty treat to the detachment.
Banana and chocolate chip bread was gifted to Mounties, along with a card, which read, “Thank you for being real superheroes."
It was sent to the detachment by kids at the Yellowknife Daycare Association.
“RCMP officers would like to thank Evan, Love, Maddock, Elijah, Fox, Joshua and Ezra for making our day with this nice gesture!” stated a news release issued by RCMP.
