One killed in Highway 3 crash, say Yellowknife RCMP

An RCMP spokesperson confirmed the police force is in receipt of a complaint about a man allegedly making harassing comments toward to Yellowknife women on Tuesday evening.

One man was found dead at the scene of a single vehicle collision on Highway 3 early Sunday.

Yellowknife RCMP said in a news release they responded to a call for service at about 3:26 a.m. on May 31.

The collision occurred near Boundary Creek, approximately 314.5 km.

The 48 year-old male driver was deceased.

RCMP are assisting NWT Coroner Services with a coroner investigation. The Chief Coroner has ordered a post mortem examination.

The investigation is ongoing, with no contributing factors identified at this time.
