City council heard a proposal for a multi-family dwelling and apartment building at the site of the old Bartram Trailer Park at 4024 School Draw Avenue, during Monday's government priorities committee meeting.

Developers Mike and Milan Mrdjenovich of Nova Builders Inc. presented their planned project for a 65-unit building that they hope to begin constructing this year.

The meeting also heard from nearby residents who are speaking out against the project.
