Fieldhouse to reopen with restrictions Tuesday

The Fieldhouse is expected to reopen next week.

The Fieldhouse, which was among the city facilities closed to the public in March due to the Covid-19 pandemic, will reopen on Tuesday, June 23 according to a news release.

Capacity and operating hour restrictions will be in place: 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on weekends and noon to 4 p.m. on holidays.

Renting the field 

The city states that the Fieldhouse will only be open for rentals and that 25 people will be allowed per field, including spectators.

The track will be open to a maximum 25 people.

The climbing wall and indoor playground will be closed.

As for the shower facilities, they will only be available for one person at a time with cleaning between.

Front desk 

A front desk will be made available for people to check in.

"People with fever, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, tiredness, muscle aches, sore throat, runny nose, headache, diarrhea, loss of appetite, loss of taste, or loss of smell should not enter," states the news release.
