Gahcho Kue Mine released third-quarter results this week.
During the first 10 months of 2017, the mine – owned and operated by De Beers Canada and Mountain Province Diamonds – produced over five million diamond carats. De Beers Canada CEO Kim Truter stated much of the early success could be attributed to the "tremendous project phase" which set the mine up with the right technical, safety and economic cultures.
