Youth interested in showcasing their talents in areas like music, theatre, storytelling, drumming or dance are being sought out for the 2018 Arctic Winter Games.
Sport North and the NWT Arts Council are looking for six cultural performing delegates and a manager to be involved in the events in Hay River and Fort Smith in March, according to a news release from the council.
Candidates must have been born between Jan. 1 1997 and Dec. 31, 2003, the news release states.
The deadline for applications is Jan. 12. Those interested in learning more can contact the education department’s culture and heritage division.
