The Fort Smith RCMP is currently looking for a youth from the South Slave community who went missing this week.

Shamus Martin, 14, of Fort Smith has not been since Monday, Sept. 7 and was last seen at his residence.

Police say they believe he could be in Fort Smith or Behchoko.

Martin is described as being 6’3″ and 160 lbs. He also has dark brown hair and brown eyes.

The RCMP is asking anyone with information about Martin’s location to call the Fort Smith RCMP at 872-1111 or contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. The public can also send a text to “nwtnutips” with a message to 274637.
