Tourney dates announced

Listed below are the 2018 hockey tournaments hosted or attended by Kivalliq teams that have been confirmed for the upcoming 2017-18 hockey season. The listings show the date, name of the tournament, age bracket and location.

Jan. 19-21: Bantam Rock Cup, Rankin Inlet

Jan. 25-28: Jon Lindell Memorial Calm Air Cup senior men's championship, Arviat

Feb. 2-4: Arctic Atoms Cup, Rankin Inlet

Feb. 15-18: Polar Bear Plate, juvenile/junior 'C', Rankin Inlet

Feb. 16-18: Munn Cup Atoms, Thompson, Man.

Feb. 23-24: Challenge Cup, junior 'C', Rankin Inlet

March 2-4: Powerful Peewee, Rankin Inlet

March 7-11: Terence Tootoo Memorial Calm Air Cup senior men's championship, Rankin Inlet

March 16-18: Novice Cup, Thompson, Man.

March 23-25: MICEC, atoms and peewees, Winnipeg, Man.

March 30-April1: Senior Men's Championship, Yellowknife, NWT

April 13-15: Toonik Tyme minor hockey tournament, all brackets, Iqaluit.
