Thrift Shop holds AGM

Baker Lake

The Abluqta Society will be holding its annual general meeting on Tuesday, March 5, at the Abluqta Thrift Shop beginning at 7 p.m.
The thrift shop is at QDC 14, a green house next to the Agnico Eagle guest house.
Refreshments will be served during the meeting.
One of the top priorities for the Abluqta Society is to open a regular food bank and it is calling for a large turnout from the community for the annual general meeting.
A new board will also be elected and voting will take place for the positions of president, vice-president, treasurer/financial manager, volunteer co-ordinator and secretary.
