Paulie Chinna has been declared the winner in Sahtu with 309 votes.
Chinna, who works for the territorial Department of Lands in Norman Wells, was facing off against Daniel McNeely, who received 287 votes, Caroline Yukon, who got 135 and Wilfred McNeely Jr., who received 120.
